In December 2022, QI Tech reached the milestone of more than 30 capital markets partners and enabled BRL 1.9 billion in issuance volume through its infrastructure.
The result demonstrated the company’s ability to connect businesses originating credit transactions with partners interested in funding and acquiring those assets, bringing credit origination closer to the capital markets.
Connecting credit with the capital markets
A credit transaction does not end when funds are disbursed. To achieve scale, companies must also structure financial instruments, formalize transactions, and connect them with funding sources.
QI Tech’s infrastructure was developed to integrate these different stages, bringing technology, regulatory capabilities, and operational processes together in a single journey. Its platform supports the issuance of instruments such as Bank Credit Notes and commercial paper, as well as connections between credit operations and investment funds.
A network of more than 30 partners
Building a network of more than 30 capital markets participants expanded the funding opportunities available for transactions conducted through QI Tech.
By connecting credit originators with funding partners, the company helped reduce operational fragmentation and facilitated the movement of financial assets among different participants in the ecosystem.
Technology supporting greater issuance capacity
The BRL 1.9 billion volume reinforced the infrastructure’s capacity to process transactions at scale while keeping issuance and formalization flows integrated.
This model enables companies to develop credit products without having to build all the technological and regulatory infrastructure required to access the financial and capital markets internally.
A new milestone in QI Tech’s journey
The December 2022 result represented another important step in QI Tech’s growth journey.
By combining a diversified partner network with digital and automated processes, the company strengthened its role as infrastructure connecting credit, funding, and the capital markets.
