QI Tech was selected for the 100 Startups to Watch 2022 list, an annual initiative that recognizes some of the most promising companies in Brazil’s innovation ecosystem.
Organized by Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios, Época NEGÓCIOS, EloGroup, and Innovc, the fifth edition of the initiative evaluated 1,872 startups from different industries. QI Tech was included in the Information Technology category.
How the startups were evaluated
The participating companies were assessed based on criteria such as:
- degree of innovation;
- market potential;
- business model;
- team;
- solution maturity.
The 2022 edition also considered information about the founders’ profiles and the positive social and environmental impacts generated by each startup.
Selected from 1,872 applicants
Following the initial evaluation, 200 finalists were reviewed by a committee composed of representatives from organizations, investment funds, public development initiatives, and journalists from Editora Globo.
At the end of the process, 100 companies were selected for the list, including QI Tech.
Recognition of QI Tech’s journey
QI Tech’s inclusion in the 100 Startups to Watch 2022 recognized the company’s work in developing technology for the financial market and its role in Brazil’s innovation ecosystem.
The list highlighted businesses with the potential to grow and gain relevance in an environment marked by challenges, transformation, and new opportunities for Brazilian startups.
